Make sure the System Shock CD-ROM is in your computer's CD-ROM drive.

Insert the System Shock CD-ROM into your computer's CD-ROM drive and try running the game again.

Make sure the "Data" folder is in your Shock folder.  If not, try re-installing the game.





Make sure the disk you are playing Links from is not full or locked.

Use the "Memory" control panel to switch your computer to 32-bit mode, then restart your computer.

Sound Manager 3.0 is installed along with QuickTime 2.0.



Use the Monitors control panel to switch back to 256 colors.



Please re-install Links Pro from the disks in the original game package.

System software upgrades are available from your local Apple dealer.

Quit any other applications that are running and run System Shock again.
